Communities
Every community has its own character. Let's find the one that feels right for you.
One of the things I love about Central Pennsylvania is the variety of places to call home. From established neighborhoods and walkable downtowns to newer developments, quiet country roads, and properties with a little more room to spread out, there really is something for just about everyone.
I live in the Hershey area and have spent years getting to know the surrounding communities, both personally and through my work in real estate.
Whether you're relocating from another state, moving across town, or simply considering a change, I can help you explore the different areas and understand what each has to offer.
Hershey is known for its attractions, medical center, and strong sense of community, but there's much more to the area than Chocolate Avenue.
Hershey, Hummelstown, Palmyra, and the surrounding townships offer a variety of housing options, from established neighborhoods and newer developments to custom homes and properties with more acreage.
For buyers who want to be near Hershey while exploring different settings and price points, there are plenty of communities worth considering.
Harrisburg and its surrounding communities offer a mix of city living, established residential neighborhoods, suburban developments, and more rural settings.
Whether you're interested in being close to downtown Harrisburg, having convenient access to major highways, or finding a quieter neighborhood outside the city, there are a variety of options to explore.
Across the Susquehanna River, the West Shore offers a wonderful mix of communities, including Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Lemoyne, New Cumberland, Enola, and surrounding townships.
You'll find everything from charming older homes and walkable neighborhoods to newer construction, townhomes, and properties with larger lots.
Each area has its own personality, and exploring them in person can make a big difference in deciding where you'd like to live.
Depending on your needs, it may also make sense to explore Middletown, Elizabethtown, Annville, and communities throughout parts of Lebanon and Lancaster counties.
Sometimes expanding the search just a little can open up additional housing options, different property styles, or opportunities for new construction.
When helping clients choose an area, I like to start with the things that matter most to them.
Commute times, proximity to everyday conveniences, housing styles, budget, and the type of setting you prefer can all influence where you decide to live.
I don't believe there's one community that's right for everyone. My goal is to help you understand your options, explore the areas that interest you, and make a decision that feels right for your needs.
The shops, the neighborhoods, and the people I point clients toward long before there is a house to see.
